Frequently asked questions (FAQ’s)

Who is this course for?

God speaks to us in different ways.  This is true for both practicing and non practising Catholics and those who are not of the Catholic faith.  For that reason this course is available to anybody in the community who has a desire to learn or know more about God and the Church.

Is it all about conversion?

Not necessarily.  The course is, for each, a personal journey aimed at giving the participant a deeper insight into Catholicism.  Depending on the individual, this journey may or may not lead to a desire to join the Catholic community. 

I am a Catholic.  Can I come along to learn more about my faith?

Definitely.  Although the Rite is aimed at those who have not yet experienced God, the material used in the course is helpful to Catholics who want to learn more about their faith.

Does it cost anything?

No.  All the material is supplied.
