PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL REPORT

MAY 2008

Business arising included:

• Church & Schools Notice Board to be installed at the main driveway.
• Update on On-going maintenance and Church surrounds.
• Hall usage and the introduction of a Cleaning Bond.
• Upgrade of security lights and Memorial Plaques.
• Diary Date: Parish Dinner Saturday 25 October.

Reports were presented from the Parish Team and OLF School.

• Decision to reconnect with Passionate Family Group as a support for Parish families. Discussion on Youth and WYD.
• Decision to call an extraordinary meeting to discuss   Archdiocesan Plan and future directions.

General business:

• Leaving Plan for cars after masses.
