Business arising:

• Canvas interest for a Bi-monthly Parish bulletin; Report will be presented to the Parish later on in the year;
• Representative of Bishop Brady will visit PPC in June;
• Updates presented on ongoing maintenance for grounds and Church equipment;
• Generous response of $9,000 collected for Project Compassion;
• Parish farewelled Lari Hayhurst;
• Planning underway for Welcome Mass in November and Mass for RCIA candidates; Bishop Cremin visiting Parish late October;

Reports

• Reports were presented from the Parish Team and various groups:
• Upgrading of Hall facilities following government grant;
• Ongoing discussion of Planned Giving Program;
• Special thanks to all who organised and coordinated the Easter Triduum Liturgies; Ongoing maintenance of Church buildings;
• Shireactiv8 updates;
• Parish Fundraising movie event to help defray the high cost of servicing Church equipment;
